We’re searching for vivacious and persuaded individuals to work in our dynamic Design Call Center in the city of Cape Town.
Our Client Administrations division requires specialists with a genuine enthusiasm for retail and obligation to an elevated degree of client assistance, to work in our Media Office and Web based business group.
Key Liabilities
• Accept inbound calls connected with Internet business (on the web) and Design Conveyance orders.
• Help the client keep track of their orders.
• Help clients with online profile.
• Liaising with messengers and stores and giving input to the client
• Groundwork for contacts replied.
• Character and nature of media correspondence (works at improving associations with clients).
• Uses good judgment when deciding when to educate the customer about things like the benefits of payment, NCA, the Fashion Delivery Service, the consequences of not paying, and other similar topics.
• Organization – shows a capacity to stick to managerial methods with speed and exactness.
• Office execution – effectively contributes towards answering Clients in 48 hours or less. Drives own preparation.
Capabilities and Experience
• Matric capability
