knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Compensation Fund business strategies and goals, Compensation Fund value chain, Directorate goals and performance requirements, PFMA and Treasury Regulations, Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles), Technical Knowledge, Promotion of Access to Information Act, POPIA
Duties: Register and acknowledge claims. Prepare compensation benefits. Handle claim enquiries. Render administration activities.
