Obligations:
Plant and Equipment: Make sure that the safety equipment is operational, that the tools are available, and that the area is kept clean.
Plant Operation: Follow safety precautions and manuals when operating machinery.
Administration: Clearly communicate production schedules. Respect the 5S, CIE, and ISO systems.
Maintenance and Inspection: Help set up the plant for upkeep and take part in repairs.
Checks for quality: Carefully examine manufactured goods.
Housekeeping: Keep the production area spotless to the highest standards.
Reporting: Submit thorough production and breakdown reports every day. Refresh the production graphs for examination.
Work Objective:
Your main responsibilities as an explosives manufacturing operator are to operate and weigh cartridges, set up the workspace for packaging and startup, perform inspections, including shutdown procedures, and so on.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Grade 12 qualification is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 3 months in Explosives manufacturing.
Certification & Membership: None required.
