• Operate point of sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Process customer purchases and payments accurately
• Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
• Ensure correct change and receipts are issued
• Maintain balanced cash-ups and transaction records
• Keep the till area clean and organised
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Stay updated on promotions and store offers
• Work efficiently during peak trading hours
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

📋 REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

✔ Grade 12 / Matric certificate
✔ Previous cashier experience (advantageous)
✔ Good numerical and cash handling skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Clear criminal record
✔ Must live within 25km of the store location
