🛍️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver consistent and professional customer service
• Greet and assist customers according to store standards
• Help customers locate products and understand features
• Handle and escalate customer queries and complaints
• Stock shelves according to company standards (rotation, pricing, display)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
• Prevent shrinkage, damages, and wastage
• Maintain cold chain and temperature standards (where applicable)
• Operate and clean equipment according to procedures
• Follow store safety and security policies
• Support product promotion and sales growth
