Along with the Prevention Head and Manager, the job involves planning, coordinating, and funding for the events. Project management activities will determine how much money is allocated for events like conferences, seminars, and symposiums.<\/p>\n<p>Together with the program manager, the incumbent will also plan, organize, and oversee projects and events. This includes handling all necessary logistics, such as participant lodging and travel arrangements, couriering items, and attending to all event needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Create and carry out the Prevention Program&#8217;s projects using fundamental project management techniques.<\/p>\n<p>-Track and keep an eye on delivery in relation to the plan.<\/p>\n<p>-Make a budget based on fundamental cost management and budgeting principles.<\/p>\n<p>-Create dashboards for every customer.<\/p>\n<p>-Together with the prevention program manager and data team, create and update the prevention dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>-Organize the union training logistics, including location selection, lodging, cost control, and courier arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>inventory control for collateral stock.<\/p>\n<p>-Make meeting materials, such as agendas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BRING?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>-tertiary degree in project management, with experience in event planning and dashboard\/excel reporting.<\/p>\n<p>-Taking a safety course is beneficial if you work in an engineering or OHS setting.<\/p>\n<p>-Three years or more of experience working in a health and safety setting<\/p>\n<p>-three years or more of experience working in an operational setting, especially in manufacturing. capable of multitasking and working alone.<\/p>\n<p>How To Apply:<\/p>\n<h5><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/rma.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Application?Ref=evi2XCSLM1dzlaTux-F9nLmQnUPkS5B3BIdQSu27Oe6Q2Dle4TOibE4mrh1OyIdixdTsvnEMF5nLU2w6I9Uv3A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Johannesburg Job Type: Permanent Closing Date: 30 May 2025 Description: Project coordination and assistance for the Prevention Program, including project plans, dashboards, reports, and events, will be provided by the Health and Safety Coordinator.
