We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Supervisor \/ Team Leader<\/strong> to join our dynamic retail team. The purpose of this role is to drive store performance by leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high store standards, and ensure operational efficiency in line with company goals and culture.<\/p>\n This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership potential, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage people and processes in a high-paced environment. You will be entrusted with ensuring that the store runs smoothly, profitably, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Sales Performance & Store Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n Maximize sales by maintaining high standards in customer service, merchandising, and promotional execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive store performance by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and helping the team meet or exceed goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Continuously analyze store sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure visual merchandising, in-store displays, and product placement are consistently aligned with brand and promotional standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2. Customer Service & Image<\/strong><\/p>\n Create and maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects the brand image.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Model and enforce world-class customer service standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Train staff on service expectations, sales techniques, and complaint handling procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 3. Operational Excellence & Cost Control<\/strong><\/p>\n Monitor and drive store efficiency by controlling stock, labor, and other operational costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Maintain awareness of the company’s cost-conscious culture and ensure waste reduction at all levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Implement daily and weekly operating procedures to ensure effective execution of store functions, including deliveries, returns, inventory control, and POS operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure proper stock rotation, shelf replenishment, and accurate pricing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 4. Compliance & Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Oversee the completion of all administrative functions, such as cash-ups, petty cash, banking, shift handovers, and sales reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure stock is received, stored, and accounted for according to SOPs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Perform daily checks to maintain safety, hygiene, and store cleanliness in line with health regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 5. Loss Prevention & Security<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimize stock losses through strict adherence to security, cash handling, and stock control procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Regularly review shrinkage reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective action where necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Promote a culture of accountability and awareness around risk and compliance throughout the team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 6. Leadership & People Development<\/strong><\/p>\n Manage, mentor, and support a vibrant and diverse team of retail staff (\u201cDynamos\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Take responsibility for performance management, including appraisals, coaching, discipline, and recognition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identify development needs and support training initiatives that upskill team members and prepare them for career growth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive store culture that encourages teamwork and high morale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 7.
