It is ideal for individuals who are actively seeking work experience, are willing to commit to a full 12-month programme, and are eager to learn in a professional setting.<\/p>\n To be considered for the YES Programme at Eskom, applicants must meet all<\/strong> of the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n Must be a South African citizen<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must be between 18 and 34 years of age<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must be currently unemployed<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric)<\/strong> or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must have completed a post-matric certificate, diploma, or other formal programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must not be currently studying full-time<\/strong> during the year of participation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must not have been employed full-time<\/strong> at one employer for more than 12 months<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Must not have previously participated in or registered for the YES Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately not be considered.<\/p>\n Successful applicants will be placed at Eskom sites across various operational areas, depending on business needs and location availability.
