Job Description

Walk-in customers will receive assistance from the Customer Service Consultant with a range of card and cash-related issues, such as teller services, ATMs, and Moneygram transactions. The main duty is to precisely identify and comprehend client demands and then respond in a way that reliably satisfies those needs within the scope of the bank’s financial services. A deep awareness of banking procedures and a dedication to providing top-notch customer service are prerequisites for this position.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advantageous are Grade 12/High school/A levels/Matric National Certificate in Banking (NQF5)

Experience:

  • one to two years’ prior banking experience
  • knowledge of the bank’s policies and practices including large cash handling, ATMs, and teller and frontline support
  • knowledge of the legal ramifications of handling cash
  • Understanding how the branch’s other departments operate
  • retail background
