VARIOUS GRADE 12 JOBS – EPWP ADMIN CLERKS (90 Positions) R3 500 STIPEND

Monthly Stipend: R3,500.00

Centres: Positions available at multiple locations including Head Office [Polokwane], Pharmaceutical Depot, various hospitals, and district offices across the region.

Requirements:

A) Qualifications and Competencies:

A Senior Certificate [Grade 12] plus an undergraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management or Financial/Logistics/Purchasing Management/Commerce/Public Management at a post matric minimum level of N6 certificate as recognized by SAQA for the Asset Management role. Alternatively, a Senior certificate/Grade 12 or National Diploma/Degree in Public Management, Management Assistant, or related qualification for Legal Services role.

Relevant experience in administration clerk will be an advantage for the Legal Services role.

A valid driving license required for the Legal Services role.

Computer Literacy is essential.

B) Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge, understanding, and application of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations for the Asset Management role.

Knowledge of general office support systems and arrangements for the Legal Services role.

Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal) and fluency in English.

Knowledge and understanding of legislative frameworks governing public services.

Ability to capture discussions and key decisions concisely and clearly in writing.

Basic office planning, organizational, and archiving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to professionally engage with stakeholders.

Time management skills.

Ability to assist with other sections as needed.

Key Performance Areas for Asset Management Role:

Maintenance of the Asset register and inventory list.

Conduct monthly reconciliations of the asset register activities.

Management of the daily asset movements.

Maintain record keeping of disposals.

Moving broken assets to a secure place.

Conduct asset verifications.

Key Performance Areas for Legal Services Role:

Assist in the management and organization of the Legal Services Directorate.

Provide efficient administration service to all related stakeholders.

Systematically organize and monitor received cases.

Conduct effective information flow and document tracking for case processing.

Daily update of relevant registers using MS Excel for readily available statistics.

Handle telephone inquiries and interact with various stakeholders.

Procure goods and services for the Directorate in line with departmental policies.

Provide logistical support to the Directorate to enable the attainment of goals and objectives.

Implement and maintain office processes and provide professional assistance and advice to clients of the unit.
