Job Overview
The successful candidate will support the maintenance and upkeep of the military health facility by carrying out routine inspections, performing minor repairs, maintaining equipment, and assisting with general housekeeping and refuse removal duties.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum ABET Level 4 qualification.

0–6 months of relevant maintenance experience.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting routine inspections of buildings and facilities.

Performing minor electrical repairs where required.

Carrying out basic plumbing maintenance.

Completing minor carpentry work.
-
Maintaining office furniture and equipment.

Repairing damaged furniture and facility equipment.

Reporting defects that require specialised maintenance.

Safeguarding maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.

Loading and unloading maintenance materials and equipment.

Removing refuse from the premises.

Loading refuse onto collection vehicles for disposal.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment throughout the facility.
