Minimum prerequisites:
-mature, well-groomed, and competent A woman over 35 who speaks Afrikaans
-First and second language proficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential (Afr & Eng client base).
Grade 12 Matric
-Three to five years of recent experience as a personal assistant is required, ideally in the insurance or financial advising sector (NOT work as an administrative clerk, receptionist, cashier, etc.).
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) proficient
-Outstanding multitasking, time-management, and organizing abilities.
-Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
-Having a driver’s license and owning a trustworthy vehicle
-Not a smoker
-stable work history and reachable Citations
-to begin as soon as feasible, ideally right away
Tasks and Accountabilities:
-Complete personal assistant responsibilities for the wealth manager and asset manager
-Making sure the advice practice runs smoothly on a daily basis
-Client relationship management includes answering questions from clients about account status, scheduling and confirming appointments, creating meeting materials and paperwork, and more.
-Operational and Administrative Support (diary administration, meeting coordination, travel planning, form preparation and submission, client file maintenance, account opening, etc.)
-Preparing Documents and Entering Data
