To join our team, we are seeking a Shop Assistant Cashier! You will be responsible for making sure our customers enjoy their shopping experience as a Shop Assistant Cashier. You’ll assist clients in finding what they need, manage transactions with caution, and maintain the store’s aesthetic appeal. Someone with strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-first mentality is needed for this position.

Duties:

-Always give consumers excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
-Accurately ring up customers’ purchases at the register.
-Assist clients in selecting items to improve their shopping experiences and maybe increase their purchases.
–Respond to consumer phone calls and promptly address any queries or requests they may have.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
-Ensure that every item on the shelves is aesthetically pleasing and accessible.
