This is your introduction to the butchering industry; it’s more than just an internship. What You Will Discover:

Meat Mastery: Prepare, portion, trim, and chop meats like a master, including cold cuts and sausages!
Packaging & Display: Treat the products like your own art gallery by weighing, wrapping, and displaying them.
Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness, properly outfit, and use tools with ease.
Operations Flow: Use cool equipment (yes, including band saws), run the floor, and restock.
Client Attitudes: Take charge of the counter, assist patrons, and offer knowledgeable meat advice.

 

Conditions:

Youth without jobs (18–34 years old)
tenacious and up for a challenge
Being at ease both on your feet and using your hands
Enthusiastic in food and willing to learn
