🛍️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with product information and enquiries
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle cash and card payments (where required)
• Replenish shelves and maintain product displays
• Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries
• Ensure shelves, fridges, and displays are clean and full
• Assist with stock takes and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and storage areas
• Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards
• Inform customers about promotions and special offers
• Support stock rotation and food freshness procedures
• Follow safety, security, and store procedures

📋 REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

✔ Grade 12 / Matric certificate
✔ Previous experience in retail or general assistant roles (advantageous)
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
✔ Strong teamwork and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
✔ Good attention to cleanliness and store presentation
✔ Clear criminal record
✔ Must live within 25km of the store
