Job Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is currently recruiting a dedicated and detail-focused Teller for its Worcester branch. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in cash handling, strong mathematical abilities, and the capacity to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced working environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for processing, counting, verifying, and balancing cash while ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and verify client cash accurately.
• Process cash according to company procedures.
• Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions.
• Operate cash counting and verification equipment.
• Prepare and package ATM cash as required.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Adhere to all security regulations and company policies.
• Assist with other cash centre functions when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Teller, Cashier, or similar role.
• Computer literacy.
• Clear criminal record.
• Strong cash-handling and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
