Overview
SSK Corporate Services is seeking a dedicated and dependable Office Assistant & Cleaner to join its team in Mossel Bay. This dual-purpose role combines office support duties with maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks while ensuring that office facilities remain neat, hygienic, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in offices, kitchens, changing rooms, and other workplace facilities.
– Ensure all work areas are neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
– Assist staff with general administrative and office support tasks.
– Answer and direct telephone calls when required.
– Provide support at reception and assist with switchboard duties when needed.
– Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment.
– Prioritise tasks effectively and support team members where required.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous cleaning, office support, or administrative experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
- Able to work well under pressure and independently when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
