About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will represent the Cotton On brand by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their purchases, and helping maintain an attractive and organised store environment. You will also support merchandising activities, stock replenishment, and sales objectives while working closely with the store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.

- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchasing decisions.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification preferred.

- Willingness to work retail trading hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
