As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while representing the Sportscene brand.
The role involves assisting customers with product selections, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store remains welcoming and well-presented. You’ll also stay informed about current fashion and streetwear trends to better assist customers.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🛍️ Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote suitable products.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
👟 Brand Representation
- Represent the Sportscene brand professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion, footwear, and streetwear trends.
- Share product knowledge confidently with customers.
📦 Stock & Merchandising
- Replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Maintain attractive and organised product displays.
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to store standards.
- Assist with general stock management duties.
🏪 Store Operations
- Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready.
- Support daily operational activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
