Clicks Group is recruiting multiple Shop Assistant / Cashiers across stores nationwide. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in retail environments, and want to build experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide friendly and professional customer service
– Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
– Handle cash and card payments responsibly
– Promote loyalty programmes and store promotions
– Assist customers with product information and enquiries
– Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing shelves
– Keep the store clean, organised, and presentable
– Stay informed about products and ongoing promotions
Requirements & Skills
– Grade 12 (Matric) (essential)
– Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
– Good communication and customer service ability
– Computer literacy
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good organisational and planning skills
Advantageous
– Previous retail or customer service experience
– Knowledge of FMCG or retail operations
– Maths and English (50% or higher in Matric)
