Job Summary:

Your duties as a Bank Better Champion will involve greeting customers, managing branch traffic, and offering first-rate customer support via remote or self-service channels. For those who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have an interest in the banking sector, this is a fantastic opportunity. Since no prior experience is required, candidates with a Grade 12 diploma would be eligible for the role.

Responsibilities:

-Welcoming and extending a warm greeting to clients as they enter the branch will contribute to the cozy atmosphere.

-Assist clients in using and understanding the various self-service options, like online banking and ATMs.

-To ensure a seamless transaction, assist and guide clients throughout remote or self-service transactions.

-Maintain an efficient and well-organized queue structure to guarantee prompt and efficient customer service.

-Help clients with basic banking inquiries, such as account balances, transaction history, and product specifications.

-Look for ways to educate clients about the features and benefits of Capitec Bank’s products and services.

-Collaborate with the branch team to meet objectives and provide total client satisfaction.

-Keep up to date on Capitec Bank’s policies, procedures, and offerings so that you can provide clients with correct information.

Requirements:

-A required minimum grade level of 12.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-A customer-centric approach and a focus on offering excellent customer service.

-The capacity to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

-A strong ability to solve problems and take prompt action.

-The ability to finish tasks precisely and attention to detail.

-A fundamental knowledge of computers and familiarity with self-service banking features.

-The capacity for flexible work, including weekend and late-night banking hours.
