In addition to handling pastries, sandwiches, and other meals, the barista’s duties include preparing and serving specialized drinks, coffee, and tea.

Description of the job
The Obligations Add

-preparing drinks precisely and according to a customer’s request.
-To guarantee that there is always a ready supply of coffee, grind and blend the beans.
-Promote every product to consumers on a continuous basis using wet demos, product knowledge, etc.
-Overs and unders are managed at the till locations.
-As needed, reheat and prepare grab-and-go items, pancakes, wraps, and sarmies.
-Keep your desk tidy, sanitary, and presentable.
-Label products that are already packaged.
-Restock the inventory.
-When presenting commodities, use FIFO.

Minimum Requirements:

-The following competencies must be met by the individual.
-Grade 10 and six months of professional coffee-making experience.
-Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
-You have to have your own transportation.
-A strong understanding of systems is required (SPAR SIGMA preferred).
-No negative credit history or criminal record (vetting will be done)
