Description of the Job

to strictly follow to health and safety regulations while preparing all KFC products in compliance with KFC standard operating procedures.

 

Workplace Requirements

-As directed by the management, prepare and cook KFC items in accordance with established KFC standards and procedures.

-Ingredients and cooked goods are portioned according to KFC-approved protocols.

-Keep an eye on product quality by verifying and responding to each product’s expiration dates and timeframes.

-Ascertain that product holding equipment is used appropriately with regard to holding temperatures and periods.

-Adhere to all established protocols and timetables for disinfecting and cleaning the tools and utensils used in food preparation and storage areas.

-Record product preparation details and keep an eye on product quality by verifying and responding to product expiration dates and times.

-Respect Yum’s cultural values

-Make sure that every customer is happy and that the food is cooked and given to them in accordance with KFC standards since you are passionate about product quality.

-Occasionally carry out additional tasks as directed by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift supervisor of the restaurant.
