DUTY:

Boost sales by emphasizing world-class store standards, customer service, image maintenance, stock control, and promotional execution.

Maintaining a positive store culture and adhering to cash handling, stock, and security protocols reduces stock loss.

Drive store efficiencies to control costs in accordance with the company’s low-cost culture.

Make ensuring that the store’s administrative tasks are completed in compliance with corporate policies.

Taking charge of team performance, coaching, and training while managing a vibrant group of Dynamos.

Standards: uphold general safety, health, and hygiene requirements

 

JOB DEMANDS:

 

12th grade

fluent in English.

Relevant postsecondary education: a degree or diploma in a discipline linked to business or retail would be advantageous.

ideally one to two years of leadership-level experience in a retail setting.

Computer literate; proficiency with Google G Suite and/or Microsoft will be advantageous.

 

Qualities needed:

 

To provide a top-notch customer experience, one must have a strong passion for retail.

Exhibit honesty and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Strong managerial skills: the capacity to organize, lead, plan, and exert control.
