Principal Duties

 

-Deliver first-rate customer service to ensure that customers have a wonderful shopping experience. Help customers locate the items they want to buy – Respond to consumer questions and grievances

-Cashier responsibilities include processing card and cash payments, processing laybys, processing customer refunds, reporting issues and inconsistencies to the supervisor, and balancing till

-Merchandising: Make sure inventory is appropriately priced and arranged; guarantee product availability on the sales floor; and maintain housekeeping by staying abreast of promotions.

-Risk: Participate in stock takes; make sure products are labeled in accordance with business policy; keep an eye out for shoplifters and fraudulent activity; and report any suspicious behavior to management.
