Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
Hire, choose, oversee, and train personnel to fulfill competency standards.
Work as a team to accomplish departmental and store objectives.
Oversee the integration and execution of new projects to meet project objectives.
Take part in routine store operations.
Coach and oversee employees to ensure they fulfill competency standards.

Minimum specifications

Entry Requirement: Completion of Grade 11 or NQF3, with Grade 12 being preferred.
A diploma in business management or retail would be beneficial.
2–5 years of experience managing the foods department in a retail setting is very advantageous.
Team management would be beneficial.
Experience in management and leadership would be beneficial.
Capacity to perform shifts that satisfy operational needs
