Overview
Tsebo Solutions Group is hiring General Assistants across multiple locations under its Fedics Division.
This role is ideal for individuals who are clean, organised, and reliable, with a strong focus on maintaining hygiene and supporting hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Clean kitchens, dining areas, scullery, and food prep equipment
- Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, and utensils
- Remove waste and follow proper disposal procedures
- Clean fridges, storage areas, floors, walls, and windows
- Place safety signage during cleaning activities
- Ensure cleanliness of both front and back-of-house areas
- Assist across departments when required
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience as a General Assistant (hospitality/healthcare preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Good coordination and awareness of safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
