Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at checkout and service counters
• Pack shelves and ensure products are always available
• Assist in fresh food departments such as Bakery, Butchery, Deli, Fruit & Veg, and Cheese
• Support stockroom and warehouse operations
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 or Grade 12 qualification (depending on the role)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team
• Physically fit for shelfpacking and warehouse duties
