About the Role
Crocs Kolonnade is looking for four enthusiastic and customer-oriented Shop Assistants to join its retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have a passion for retail sales, and want to be part of a globally recognised footwear brand.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales growth, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Customer Service and Sales Duties
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Meet individual sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Promote additional products and services to increase sales.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Stock and Inventory Responsibilities
• Replenish stock from the storeroom on a daily basis.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, pricing, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure stock records and point-of-sale transactions are correctly captured.
• Support stock control measures and loss prevention initiatives.

Store Operations
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Keep shelves, displays, fitting rooms, and checkout areas neat and organised.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers.

Merchandising Responsibilities
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
• Replenish product displays and stock sizes as required.
• Assist with promotional displays and window merchandising.
• Ensure all promotional materials are correctly displayed and well maintained.

Training and Development
• Participate in all company training and development programmes.
• Complete required learning activities and assessments.
• Work closely with supervisors and mentors to improve skills and performance.
• Attend regular performance reviews and development discussions.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Crocs products is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
