Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors and providing professional front-desk assistance.
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls.
  • Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly.
  • Assisting learners, parents, and visitors with general enquiries.
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate staff members or departments.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Experience in a school or higher education environment will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to operate a switchboard efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional language skills will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A clear criminal record.
