Minimum Requirements

  • Coordinating bookings and administrative duties related to the departmental guesthouse.

  • Inspecting and monitoring office facilities, including boardrooms, kitchens, and ablution facilities.

  • Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and maintaining attendance registers.

  • Providing administrative support to the Scheme Manager.

  • Maintaining visitor registers and reception records.

  • Performing registry functions and maintaining an organised filing system for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
