Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general duties as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Assist across different departments when required
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support daily production and operational activities
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is advantageous
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, cold, or wet conditions
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Preference given to candidates living near Lichtenburg
