Overview

TWK Agri is seeking a customer-focused and reliable Petrol Attendant to join its Trade Division in Piet Retief. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers and maintaining high service standards while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the fuel station.

The successful candidate will assist customers with refuelling, handle payments, maintain cleanliness of the forecourt, and support daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Refuel customer vehicles with the correct petrol or diesel product.

– Process customer payments and provide accurate change and receipts.

– Operate card payment machines and assist customers with transactions.

– Clean vehicle windshields and check tyre pressure and fluid levels when required.

– Prepare daily fuel and oil reports.

– Maintain a clean, safe, and organised forecourt environment.

– Assist with loading and delivering materials when necessary.

– Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated collection areas.

– Monitor fuel levels and report low stock to management.

– Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or repair requirements promptly.

– Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.

Requirements & Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor environment.
