Position: Retail Store & Frontshop Assistant (X14 Posts)

Location: Nationwide (KZN, Gauteng, Western Cape, North West, Free State, Northern Cape & Eastern Cape)
Job Type: Permanent & Part-Time (Casual roles available)
Closing Date: Varies (21 April – 06 May 2026)
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support daily store operations by assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the store remains organised and customer-friendly. The role also includes handling basic admin and point-of-sale tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally
- Support merchandising and stock control
- Assist with POS transactions, returns, and refunds
- Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented
- Check deliveries and ensure stock accuracy
- Support cash handling and daily reconciliations
- Follow company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
