Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum ABET qualification.
• No previous work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning duties around the facility.
• Carrying out first-line building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Repairing and maintaining building fixtures and fittings.
• Assisting with basic plumbing maintenance tasks.
• Providing grounds and outdoor maintenance services.
• Operating maintenance equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Ensuring all facilities remain clean, functional, safe, and well maintained.
