About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will assist customers with their shopping needs, promote Vans products, maintain store presentation standards, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Contribute towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Promote current campaigns, special offers, and new product launches.
- Represent the Vans brand professionally and positively at all times.
- Support daily store operations and team objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience.
- Previous experience within a fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail environment will be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Positive attitude and passion for retail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Interest in streetwear, sneakers, skateboarding, action sports, and youth culture.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours.
- Ability to meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
