Job Overview

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Foschini brand by assisting customers with their purchases, recommending products, and ensuring the store remains well-presented and inviting. You will work closely with the team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Foschini brand professionally at all times.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and preferences.
• Contribute towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Promote current fashion collections and featured products.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the retail sector.
