Overview
South African Social Security Agency is recruiting Social Grant Administrators to manage and process grant applications at local offices.
This role focuses on accurate application processing, customer service, and administrative support, while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administration of social grants at local offices
- Screen and process grant applications
- Capture application data accurately on systems
- Provide customer support to applicants
- Handle grant-related documentation and admin tasks
- Conduct quality checks on applications
- Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
- NQF Level 6 qualification (required)
Advantage
- Valid driver’s licence
- Previous admin or clerical experience
