Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:

Assisting with daily food preparation and food production.

Supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Serving meals while providing excellent customer service.
-
Maintaining cleanliness in food service and kitchen areas.
-
Following all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.

Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Assisting the kitchen team with general operational duties.

Ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).

Previous hospitality industry experience is essential.

Customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts qualification is advantageous.

Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

Strong customer service orientation.
