Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be expected to:

• Support the Administration Clerk with daily stores operations.

• Receive, inspect, and issue stock to hospital departments.

• Deliver stock and supplies to end-users across the hospital.

• Rotate inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.

• Keep stores and surrounding work areas clean and organised.

• Assist in other stores sections when required.

• Answer telephone calls and respond to internal enquiries.

• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised stores environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Appropriate experience in a stores or warehouse environment.

• Good communication skills.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and handling stock.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
