ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in rental housing units and surrounding areas. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, neat, and well-maintained environment for residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean buildings, housing units, and shared spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and surroundings
- Ensure all work areas are hygienic and safe
- Assist with general cleaning related to maintenance tasks
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties
- Good overall health
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check
