ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The YES Programme with TFG (The Foschini Group) gives young people the chance to work across various retail stores and brands while learning essential workplace skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily retail store operations
• Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
• Learn customer service and retail systems
• Work as part of a store team
• Gain hands-on retail work experience

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• South African youth aged 18–28
• Matric preferred
• Available for a 12-month contract
• Must not have worked permanently for more than 1 year
• Must not be studying full-time during the programme
• Must not have participated in YES before
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Own transport and accommodation if required
