Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience by providing personalised service, promoting the latest fashion trends, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is confident, self-driven, and focused on achieving results while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Foschini brand by offering friendly, professional, and engaging customer service

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Track daily sales performance and work towards meeting and exceeding targets

• Stay updated on current fashion trends, styles, and product ranges

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and build customer loyalty

• Assist with restocking and ensure the store remains neat and organised

• Support the team in maintaining high visual merchandising standards and operational compliance

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

• Capable of working independently and using initiative

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for working with people

• Target-driven mindset with determination and resilience
