Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand representative, ensuring customers receive a high-quality shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, staying updated on fashion trends, and promoting the brand’s products effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through active selling

Maintain store presentation and ensure stock is replenished regularly

Keep up to date with the latest fashion, style, and décor trends

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (required)

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

Target-driven, proactive, and people-oriented

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
