Key Responsibilities
As a Cashier/Revenue Clerk, your duties will include:

Vehicle Licensing: Processing motor vehicle licence renewals in line with regulations

Cash Management: Performing daily cash-ups and ensuring all transactions are accurate
-
Record Keeping: Filing and securing all revenue-related documents
-
NaTIS Operations: Handling transactions on the National Traffic Information System and assisting clients with related queries
-
Customer Service: Providing professional support and resolving customer queries effectively

Compliance: Following the Public Service Code of Conduct and maintaining confidentiality standards
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent
-
Basic computer literacy
-
Clean criminal record
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Initiative and a proactive approach to service delivery

Experience in cashier work or customer service

Familiarity with NaTIS or similar systems
