Overview
PEP Stores is hiring Part-Time Sales Assistants across South Africa.
This flexible role (up to 27 hours per week) is ideal for students or anyone looking to build experience in retail while earning an income.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and deliver a great shopping experience
- Promote sales and help meet store targets
- Operate tills and handle cash/card payments
- Receive, organise, and display stock
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Work with team members to keep the store running efficiently
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Must live within 15km of the store
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication skills (English/Afrikaans)
- Strong interest in retail and customer service
Advantage (Not Required)
- Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience
- Knowledge of store operations
- Friendly and customer-focused personality
