Salary

R170,226 per annum (Salary Level 3)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a Grade 10 (Standard 8) or NQF Level 2 qualification.

• Have at least 2 years of relevant driving experience.

• Possess a valid Code B driver’s licence.

• Be proficient in English and at least one other official South African language.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be a South African citizen.

• Be willing to work extended hours when required.

• Previous driving or transport-related experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Safely transport personnel, vehicles, and official equipment.

• Maintain and care for allocated government vehicles.

• Complete vehicle logbooks and submit monthly vehicle reports.

• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Follow all transport policies, procedures, and operational requirements.

• Safeguard official vehicles and protect confidential government information.
