Factorie is recruiting Shop Assistants for stores in Access Park and Eikestad Mall. These are permanent, part-time roles ideal for individuals interested in fashion and retail.
OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Help customers choose products and offer styling suggestions
- Keep the store neat through merchandising and restocking
- Assist in reaching sales targets and store objectives
- Represent the brand and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay informed about new trends, promotions, and products
REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in fashion, especially streetwear
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in retail
