Job Opportunity
A contract opportunity is available for an Assistant General Worker to provide operational and maintenance support within a site-based environment. The successful candidate will assist with daily site activities, housekeeping, safety compliance, and general operational tasks while contributing to the achievement of operational objectives.

Job Purpose
The Assistant General Worker will support site operations by assisting with maintenance activities, monitoring work areas, maintaining housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist operational teams in meeting daily performance targets.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas and report any hazards or irregularities.
- Provide support with pipeline and valve operations under supervision.
- Assist in identifying and addressing operational issues.
- Perform general site support and maintenance-related duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across designated areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when carrying out tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Report incidents, risks, and safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the site.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Physically, mentally, and medically fit for the role.
- Clear criminal record and successful completion of screening processes.
