🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE

Successful candidates will assist with seed cultivation, greenhouse activities, crop maintenance, harvesting, and general farming operations.

This role is suitable for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are interested in agriculture and plant production.

🌾 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Assist with seed counting, packaging, and processing
✅ Prepare seedling trays and planting pots
✅ Sow seeds and move trays between work areas
✅ Transplant seedlings and prepare field planting areas
✅ Install and maintain irrigation systems
✅ Support crop care, trellising, and plant maintenance
✅ Assist with pollination, harvesting, and seed extraction
✅ Clean greenhouses, equipment, and workspaces
✅ Load and offload farming materials and equipment
✅ Follow all workplace safety and hygiene procedures

📋 REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

✔ Matric / Grade 12 preferred
✔ Agricultural or farming experience is advantageous
✔ Basic understanding of plant care and seed cultivation
✔ Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
✔ Strong teamwork and work ethic
